1. Who we are

Kindly Flow is made by Kindly Organized. We are a planning and organizational tool designed for adults with ADHD and busy minds. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website and app at kindlyflow.com.

2. What data we collect

When you create an account and use Kindly Flow, we collect:

  • Account data: Your email address and a password (stored securely and never shown to us in plain text).
  • Planner data: The daily entries, brain dumps, time blocks, habits, weekly resets, and task breakdowns you create. This content is tied to your account and visible only to you.
  • Contact data: If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics events (e.g., page views, button clicks) to help us understand how the app is used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and maintain the Kindly Flow planner and its features.
  • To send you account-related emails (welcome, password reset, and occasional product updates).
  • To process payments through our payment provider, Stripe.
  • To respond to messages you send via our contact form.
  • To improve our product through aggregated analytics.

4. Payment processing

We use Stripe to process subscription and lifetime payments. Stripe handles your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your planner content with third parties. We only share data with the service providers we rely on to operate the app (e.g., Stripe for payments, our email provider for transactional emails), and only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

6. Data retention

Your planner data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your planner entries, habits, weekly resets, and task breakdowns are permanently deleted. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the app.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (by deleting your account).
  • Withdraw consent for marketing emails.

To exercise these rights, contact us.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data using secure storage, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

9. Children's privacy

Kindly Flow is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we make changes.

11. Cookies and analytics

Kindly Flow uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (such as dismissing notices). We also use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand how the app is used — for example, which pages are visited and which buttons are tapped. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to third parties. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
