1. About Kindly Flow

Kindly Flow is a digital daily planner made by Kindly Organized. It is a planning and organizational tool designed for adults with ADHD and busy minds. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Not a medical tool

Kindly Flow is a planning tool, not a medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any other condition. It is not a replacement for medical advice, therapy, or medication. If you have questions about your diagnosis or treatment, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Kindly Flow for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's data or compromise the security of the app.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app without permission.

5. Free trial and subscriptions

Kindly Flow offers a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial ends:

• Monthly plan: $8.99 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Lifetime plan: $179.99 one-time payment. No recurring fees. Yours to use for as long as Kindly Flow is available.

6. Refunds

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable. We recommend starting with the free trial first to make sure Kindly Flow is a good fit for your brain before you buy. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and we do not refund partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.

7. Your data

You own your planner content. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Kindly Flow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. If we ever stop offering Kindly Flow, we will give you reasonable notice and the ability to export your data.

9. Limitation of liability

Kindly Flow is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindly Organized is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or by email.
