Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting us at ben@kindlyflow.com. Once cancelled, you keep access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free tier — and your planner entries always stay yours.
Free trial
Kindly Flow starts with a 5-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. If you don't upgrade during the trial, you won't be charged.
Monthly subscription
The monthly plan is billed in advance at $8.99/month. Because you can cancel anytime before renewal, we don't offer refunds for partially used billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please email ben@kindlyflow.com and we'll look into it kindly and fairly.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase of $179.99. It is non-refundable. We recommend starting with the free trial first to make sure Kindly Flow is a good fit for your brain before you choose the one-time option.
Your data stays yours
Whether you're on the free tier, a paid plan, or you've cancelled, your planner entries, brain dumps, and habits are always yours to keep and review.
