Accessibility
Kindly Organised builds tools designed to be usable by as many people as possible. This page explains our commitment, what we're working on, and how to get help.
Our commitment
We aim for our products, including Kindly Flow and Kindly Adjust, to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We design with keyboard navigation, visible focus, clear contrast and large touch targets in mind, and we avoid relying on colour alone to convey information.
Standards we target
We work towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a target standard. We have not yet completed an externally verified accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We treat accessibility as an ongoing process rather than a one-time check.
Known limitations
We're continually improving. Where we know something isn't working as well as it should, we'd rather be honest about it:
- Some third-party content or media may not yet have full alternatives.
- Some complex data tables and charts may be easier to use with assistive technology over time as we refine them.
- We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit.
How to request support
If you're a candidate using Kindly Adjust and you can't use the form, the organisation you're applying to should provide an alternative way to request adjustments. Look for the "Having trouble using this form?" section on your adjustment request page, or contact the recruitment team using the details in your interview invitation.
If you use Kindly Flow and need help with access, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How to report an accessibility problem
Please tell us about any accessibility issue you encounter. You can contact us or use the in-app feedback button. We take reports seriously and will look into them.
